About Job Profile

Research and Field Work

Field sales executives are responsible for selling and promoting products or services to new and existing customers. They use different methods, such as door-to-door sales, cold calling or event exhibitions, to make these sales.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  •     Identifying locations for mobilizing domestic workers
  •     Collecting baseline information of domestic workers
  •     Mobilizing them for different initiatives for financial education, Health, livelihoods
  •     Conducting regular financial education trainings and assisting them for product linkages with banks and post office
  •     Identifying different resources and leaders in the community who will help in sustaining the program long term
  •     Maintaining reports and records with quality
  •     Networking with local organizations, banks and post office
  •     Achieve the set targets with impact

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • This is field based position, willingness to work in the slum community and travel in the slum community
  • Degree in commerce or finance is not required though the trainings are on Financial Education
