About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

Field Coordinators monitor field service activities for an organization. Typical job duties for a Field Coordinator are providing general support, performing on-site services, coordinating field workers, liaising with clients, taking part to organization meetings, overseeing logistics, and purchasing goods.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Fieldwork (Anganwadis): Anganwadi visits, observing classroom activities in Anganwadi, maintaining observation diary, demonstrating different activities in Anganwadi, discussing with Anganwadi workers and helpers, giving constructive feedback, testing, etc.
  •  Fieldwork (Parents): Facilitating/attending parent meetings, supporting parents to conduct ECE activities at home, home visits, data collection, conducting surveys, testing, etc.
  •  Training: Active participation in training and other meetings and bit meetings.
  •  Documentation: Timely preparation of reports, Daily Accounting, and Administration work when required, and photo and video documentation on the field.
  • Other: Communication and collaboration with the team and participating in
  • organizational work, as and when required.
  • Travel: Fieldwork is the indivisible part of the work and will need to go to the field daily. The candidate may need to travel outstation for work and exposure occasionally.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Ability to connect with people.
  •  Strong communication skills- Fluency in Marathi is required.
  •  Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence.
  •  Positive attitude towards learning.
  • Computer proficiency – MS Office, Excel, online communication, etc
