About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

The Operations Executive role includes the following tasks: Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Creating and managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Responsible for participating and delivering CSR advisory assignments to clients across consulting projects at SGS
  • Work closely with the team in designing and building solutions that address our customer needs and create measurable social impact.
  • To ensure projects (assignments) are delivered as per the KPIs and timeline agreed with customers SLA
  • Generate regular market intelligence and reports through market research to understand the changing dynamics and updates of the market.
  • Accountable for the accomplishment of the stated key end results and revenue targets by providing professional expertise and assistance to corporate and other stakeholders in overall CSR Advisory Services.
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships; Scouting and identification of organizations for potential collaboration using the network.
  • Primary and Secondary research on existing programs of similar nature to understand services offered, best practices, and models of implementation/ financial sustainability, etc.
  • Ensure customer retention by providing service quality beyond excellence
