Tarun Bharat Sangh is seeking an enthusiastic and growth oriented professional to fill the position of an Executive: Monitoring & Communication who will monitor, report, control the project and communicate with partners.

Primary Responsibilities include

--- Monitoring the progress of projects in the field in accordance with objectives.
--- Monitoring the financial expenses of projects in accordance with budget.
--- Managing communication with field teams, MIS team and financial team of projects.
--- Making narrative & financial progress reports of the projects.
--- Managing prompt and effective communication with the senior leadership and partners.
--- Develop new and expand existing relationships with the partners
--- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate actions required; provide recommendation for senior leadership.
--- Assist the conceptualising, designing and development of new project proposals/ reports and other requisites.
--- Beyond above mentioned responsibilities, any other responsibilities assigned by the organization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

--- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
--- Good documentation and analytical skills (MIS).
--- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
--- Strong computer skills with excellent command over MS Excel, Word and Power-point, photo and video editing tools.
--- A team player with a strong work ethic.
--- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
