About Job Profile

Business Development

Helps an organisation to grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Work in collaboration with NGOs/Organizations/Community leaders/Educational institutes/Govt. departments/etc. to reach out to students.
  •  Identify areas and localities in and around Delhi which can be the source of potential candidates and conduct outreach and mobilisation activities like pamphlet distribution, standee, canopy activity and other innovative ideas of mobilization in the area.
  •  Counsel potential students during outreach and establish and maintain a good relationship with them.
  •  Maintain a database of parents / guardian / prospective students visiting Academy with the information as to their educational qualification, profession and annual income in the given format.
  •  Create a database of educational institutions in and around Delhi and Campaigning to reach out to potential candidates.
  •  Perform counselling & career guidance to the interested students by meeting and converting it to admissions
  •  Willing to travel out station in the adjoining districts for building prospective networks
  •  Resolve candidates’ queries related to courses offered.
  •  Daily/weekly/monthly reports on work done to Project Manager Manager-admissions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  •  Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills along with good command over language. Hindi is mandatory and English is desirable
  • Should possess a go-getter attitude, lots of patience and presentable personality.
  • Should have in-depth understanding of the Student Admission/Enrolment Process in education sector.
  • Have a detailed understanding of assigned territory and identify clusters for potential students
