About Job Profile

Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment

District supervisors are the highest-ranking managers in a district. They oversee all of the activities that take place within their district and are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
 

Primary Responsibilities include

• Attend the induction and on the job trainings.
• Supervise the data collection activity and supportive supervision of the team in the field.
• Provide support to the Master Trainers during and after training.
• Plan the data collection under the guidance of the State Project Head.
• Ensure safe collection of biological samples from the participants
• Update the daily outcome report to the MIS Officer.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to the State Head.
• Liaison with stakeholders in the community and liaise with public representatives and other key stakeholders for good rapport in the community.
• Travel as and when required.
• Field work is the priority and will have to work with large number of community workers
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Experience of working in Community Health Program is must
  • Experience of handling field team and able to manage large-scale field based surveys and data.
  • Monitoring and supportive supervision.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and MS word is a must.
  • Possesses a variety of skills – multi tasking, time management, flexibility and adaptability.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and local language – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in field, with communities and in multi-stakeholder processes.
  • Readiness to travel in remote villages and commit to demanding program requirements.
  • Have driving skills and license.
