1. Overall Project Implementation, Management, and reporting of a specific cluster
2. Business development of FPOs
3. Share mobilization in FPOs, Undertake Baseline study of each farmer of the FPO
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders involved in the project (internal and external)
5. Training and handholding multiple stakeholders involved in the project and coordination with them.
6. Prepare the Training / Resource Material in the local dialect, participate as a resource person, and/or arrange resource persons to train the farmers in respective areas.
7. Provide Forward and Backward Market Linkage to the farmers through the Producer Company
8. Facilitate linkages with Agri University, KVKs, etc. for promoting Agriculture Extension Services.
9. Prepare a Bankable proposal and arrange finance for FPOs.
10. Facilitate Convergence of Government schemes
11. Promote producer groups / Companies to increase the bargaining power of farmers in the marketplace and to gain the benefits of market institutions, and commodity exchanges.
12. Carry out market & and commodity analysis and feasibility Study to ensure better returns for Farmers
13. Manage aggregation and disaggregation processes at Farmer Producer Organizations
14. To prepare business plans and detailed road map for FPOs
15. Regular reporting and documentation for activities conducted to higher management.
16. Ensure viability and sustainability of the interventions and FPOs
17. Ensure strict timelines as per decided deliverables.
18. Any other work assigned from time to time by the organization.
 

1. Fluency in both oral and written communication in English, Hindi Language
2. Good analytical skills, medium-level computer knowledge (Excel, PPT, word), presentation skill
3. Experience in community mobilization, Agriculture, Marketing, Farmer Producer Organization, Capacity Building & Training
4. Marketing skills, Business development skills.
5. Motivated to work under stiff timelines and targets; comfortable in rigorous fieldwork.
6. The candidates must have their bike/scooter with a valid driving license and smartphones.
