•     Lead the accelerator team
•     Strategise and execute on the roadmap to make agriculture accelerator a powerful magnet for talent, capital, and innovation in the service of resilient livelihoods for all
•     create tailwinds for high potential startups to achieve impact and scale through thoughtful program design and timely inputs
•     oversee all aspects of the program including outreach, selection, operations, mentoring by Industry experts, and connecting entrepreneurs to the larger social ecosystem
•     design bootcamps and other interventions to develop the capacity of entrepreneurs and their leadership teams
•     work with startup in go-to-market scale journey, including facilitating field pilots with farmers.
•     (as a senior member of the Digital Agriculture division) contribute to defining the organization’s strategy, building the collective of mentors and influencers, raising funding for the program, and be a spokesperson for venture philanthropy and entrepreneurship
