Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong background in business process improvement or a proven record in improving system efficiency

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Experience with managing budgets worth 4cr+ and strong financial planning skills

Preference will be given to Masters in Org Development/Adult Development/Business Administration/Social science
