About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

A design coordinator plans and oversees the aesthetic elements of a project. As a design coordinator, your job duties are to determine project requirements, develop design concepts, prepare cost estimates, source materials, review progress, and consult with clients every step of the way.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Creating and delivering graphic design and illustration for various media to aid impactful storytelling.
  • Design and produce complex information / data into intuitive, easy, consumable communication material - reports, mailers, infographics, books. 
  • Generating fresh design concepts, regularly re-strategizing and adapting 
  • Production of high quality graphic design for in-house use as well as social media. Art direction for campaigns, program collaterals and publications.
  • Create inspiring, strategic, and innovative collaterals for Quest Alliance that work in an integrated manner, both online and offline if and when required.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and standards, support brand positioning exercises. 
  • Support the conceptualization and implementation of Quest to Learn’s visual identity.
  • Support, mentor and guide other designers across the organization.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Fresco and Procreate
  • Excellent graphic design and typography skills.
  • Ability to develop rich, interactive, visually striking graphics that facilitate the presentation of data
  • Knowledge of data tools and ability to understand data analysis is a plus.
