In this opportunity as Data Impact Assessment Operations Lead, you will:

• Lead and support the update to the current data privacy impact assessment that evaluates whether a project, systems, or proposed programs or policies meet legal and policy privacy requirements
• Own the creation and update of the rules engine (configuration of business rules, risk registry and data mappings) for issue management in Onetrust
• Leads the triaging of issues identified in the Data Privacy and Impact Assessment within Azure DevOps and serve as the first point of contact for all Data Privacy and Impact Assessment and issue management inquiries across TR
• Provide support to DMG Stewards and stewardship community to identify and remediate data, model and ethics issues across their business function and ensure triaging to the relevant team
• Own the RACI for issue remediation within the DMG and work with DMG team to ensure issues are processed within expected timelines and responsible for reporting issue management metrics.
• Create an Atrium repository for all issue management process, improvement opportunties and issue management training materials

• Demonstrated ability to interpret both technical (e.g architecture design documents, process flows, state transition diagrams, etc) and non technical documentation to conduct assessment of impacts and to develop mitigation strategies
• Proven experience working in governance, or privacy or compliance preferably in a consulting, privacy and compliance operations or auditing role is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of cross border data transfers, data and model governance, global privacy regulations and frameworks, such as GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and ISO 27701
• Strong analytical, influencing and problem-solving skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical scenarios while meeting deadline.
