About Job Profile

IT/MIS and Technology

Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry. Verifies and logs receipt of data. Transcribes source data into the required electronic format. Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • To process various kind of data with accuracy.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling of correspondences.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Organizing meetings and taking minutes.
  • Managing database.
  • Coordinating with people as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in Secretarial Work / Data processing.
  • Should have sound working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point with good typing/ data processing skill.
  • Should have good communication and drafting skill.
