About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

Program managers oversee the fulfillment of larger organizational goals. They coordinate activities between multiple projects without directly managing them. Instead, they manage the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Support organization-wide management of different CSR programs spanning across planning, enabling evaluation, selection, grant agreement & funding of CSR programs, policy adherence, monitoring and reporting of CSR programs.
  • Enable functioning of key internal committees of CSR.
  • Collaborate with internal like CSR core committee, legal, finance etc. and external stakeholders like NGOs, partners for smooth execution of the company's CSR policy.
  • Facilitate dashboard with key metrics, regular updates, reports, portal etc.
  • Developing, executing, monitoring and reporting CSR programs in the community development space by working closely with internal stakeholders and external organizations like NGOs, government and other partners.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 12-14 years of work experience in CSR program management, preferably in the corporate sector.
  • A degree holder in social work, business administration, operations etc.
  • Strong program management skills with expertise in conceptualization, planning, execution and reporting of large-scale programs.
  • A professional with excellent leadership capabilities and problem-solving mindset.
