• Promote employee engagement and volunteerism and ensure all projects are mapped with Volunteering
• Preparation of CSR Volunteering Calendars and Implementation of the same.
• Effective information management of various CSR activities on internal and external platforms and other media platforms.
• Organizing Inauguration and Dedication of various CSR Projects with key stakeholders and Bosch Management
• Preparation of MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) and Project Management of all activities.
• Documentation and data analysis.
• Field visit and supportive supervision/implementation of all CSR Programs.
• Manage and build effective relationships with the local government and communities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge on Sec 135 of the companies Act related to CSR and the various MCA frameworks and guidelines
• Strong leadership qualities and team players commitment; but also ‘self-starters’ able to work with minimal supervision.
• Integrity and open mindedness.
• Understanding society needs and ability to curate Projects in line with the focus areas.
• NGO Evaluation and due diligence.
• Need Assessments, Workshops, Site Visits and Documentations
• Coordination and Liaison with the stakeholders including Communities, Beneficiaries, Authorities
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and drive Volunteering Initiatives with Associates
• Honesty, compassion and empathy are key elements to work in this space
