About Job Profile

Fundraising and Partnerships

The fundraiser will use expert communication skills and a keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Design and implement a systematic fundraising program to raise CSR funds from Indian companies.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and other materials for raising grant funding.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with CSR divisions of Indian companies, and raise CSR funding from them.
  • Help with implementation, monitoring, and assessment of CSR funded projects in urban and rural communities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Passionate about working for a social cause and making a huge difference to the lives of disadvantaged kids around the world.
  • At least 2 years of experience raising CSR funds.
  • Outstanding sales and business development skills.
  • Existing connections with CSR divisions of leading Indian companies.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).
