Proposal Development: 

• Lead the development of compelling proposals and grant applications tailored to the  requirements of various funding organizations. 
• Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy  and relevance of proposal content.

Partnership Building: 

• Identify and engage potential partners, including corporations, foundations, government agencies, and other NGOs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors,  ensuring  effective communication and collaboration.

• Experience on business development, partner management and donor engagements.  ? Deep marketing and business development knowledge and experience
