Corporate Social Responsibility

Developing policies relating to a company's ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities. Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment. Raising public awareness of a company's social responsibility commitments through marketing. Conducting research into best practice.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Responsible for implementation and monitoring of our programs at development partner sites, schools and colleges.
  • Managing environmental initiatives at the firm and development partner sites
  • Coordinate volunteering program for their respective regions.
  • Managing internal communication on our programs.
  • Managing databases for projects and activities.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Should have excellent communication (oral and written) skills so as to independently communicate with Partner organisations and co-workers.
  • Should have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work well in a team and manage group activities.
  • Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, Excel skills required.
  • Should be able to analyze and interpret large and complex data effectively. 
  • Should be able to manage multiple programs and responsibilities.
