Project Monitoring Planning and Implementation

• Application of technical rigour in implementation of project monitoring plan for assigned projects.
• Track the project input and output as per project monitoring plan and annual planner of projects.
• Keep the alignment live between project data collection and monitoring plans.
• Track and report deviation in project plans or deviation in monitoring plan
• Use monitoring checklist (before, during and after plans) for each monitoring visits.
• Support in pilot testing of digital monitoring tools and techniques.
• Submit Weekly/Monthly reports on Project performance and key insights and gaps

Process Validation, Data Verification and Quality Assurance

• Perform process validation of key project inputs through observation visits
• Assess quality of project data through observation and verification.
• Support projects in donor field visits and external stakeholder visits.
• Support research and evaluation team for any pilot testing/ Pre testing for field research, evaluation with treatment /comparison design.

Reporting of Monitoring:

• Monthly field visit log and monitoring report submission to Manager
• Monitoring findings- summarize and reported to projects with action plan and agreed timelines
• Support Manager in triangulation report between MIS, project data and monitoring report

Monitoring training Support to Projects.

• Organize and conduct field monitoring training for project field staff.
• Participate in project trainings/ orientations/ MIS/ Data review
