Joining OPM’s Governance team and based out of India, you will play a key role in developing our technical work in India and be a key part of our global team. You will also be expected to contribute to business development . The postholder will build relationships with clients, identity opportunities and lead tenders to win quality, impactful work and collaborate with colleagues across the Governance practice. The role will require technical, teamwork and leadership experience.

• Be responsible for the design and delivery of technical projects i.e., ensuring that programme inputs and deliverables are defined and delivered on time and to quality standards, providing required support to the Governance Practice.
• Lead on or contribute to the acquisition and bidding for medium / large Governance opportunities in India and with the wider global practice.
• Manage small to medium scale projects delivered primarily by the Governance practice or in collaboration with other teams at OPM.
• Supporting the business development initiatives, including fostering good relationships with potential clients including donor agencies and partner government ministries/ departments, take an active role in developing new areas of work and potential new relationships through existing or new networks and contacts.
