About Job Profile

Development consulting

Plan, execute, and close projects with transparency and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Collaborate closely with PATH and i+solutions Single Points of Contact (SPOCs).
  • Initiate projects and set up necessary project management tools.
  • Oversee all project phases, coordinating with i+solutions' project team members.
  • Ensure coordination between Technical Project Managers (TPM) and Operational Project Managers (OPM).
  • Engage with stakeholders (internal, i+solutions, and external).
  • Conduct regular meetings, create communication matrices, and implement best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks promptly.
  • Report potential or evident risks to management.
  • Continuously monitor project progress against targets.
  • Participate in performance-related meetings.
  • Work according to i+solutions’ quality management principles.
  • Follow developed SOPs and contribute to their development when required.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager(s) to enhance project efficiency.
  • Contribute to i+solutions’ commitment to innovation.
  • Provide regular project status reports and dashboards to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist PATH's PADM and i+solutions' finance manager for proper financial closure.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on project and activity needs.
  • Must be open to travel. The expenses for the travel are not covered but will be reimbursed by PATH on submission of bills. All travel must be pre-approved by PATH and i+solutions.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Working knowledge of project management, reporting, and risk management tools.
  • Certification in project management is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Hindi.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Word and PowerPoint.

 

Other Information:

 

  • Weekly progress report (not exceeding one page) - By Monday of every following week.
  • Detailed monthly progress report - By the 6th of every subsequent month.
