We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consultant- Marketing & Communications. This role will involve executing and planning marketing tasks in collaboration with team members, overseeing the project, and ensuring that marketing projects are completed within the given timeframe and budget.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Work with the leadership team to plan and implement a 360-degree strategic marketing plan towards Pratham Books’ 20th year anniversary.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the leadership team for approvals and executing the calendar of events for the 20th Year Anniversary of Pratham Books through creative inputs and coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Work along with internal team to disseminate external communications through multiple media channels (digital, print and broadcast).
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Pratham Books as well as all the sub-brands.
  • Enhance brand’s offline presence at on-ground events through marketing collaterals and press activation.
  • Support in the organisation’s advocacy and outreach activities.
  • Oversee all distributed communications to ensure consistent brand messaging and coordinated organisational direction.
  • Responsible for liaising with external writers, graphic designers and multimedia experts to create marketing content based on approved plans in a timely fashion
  • Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
  • Responsible for timely and relevant press activation based on approved plans.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong written communication skills with a keen understanding of how to write to and connect with different audiences.
  • Results?driven with proven success in leading and managing projects.
  • Excellent organisational, decision making and time-management skills.
  • Experienced with social media, email platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiar with insights-driven marketing strategies.
