About Job Profile

Training and Teaching

Lead youth mobilization to ensure enrolment in skill development training program .

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Develop a mechanism for generating leads through promotional activities like road shows, community talks, village meetings with youths etc. for motivating prospective students in nearby areas/villages in district and adjacent areas.  
  •  Develop relationships with Panchayat officials, and youth clubs to spread awareness about skill development programs.  
  •  Perform weekly mobilization programs as per calendar and maintain a database of the prospective youths in the area. 
  •  Ensure eligibility criterion is adhered to during the selection of candidates across regions and trades. 
  •  Any other work as and when assigned by the reporting manager. 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Language Proficient: Hindi, English and local language  
  •  The Candidates already working as Community Mobilizer in the Skills program are preferred.
