About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

The Community Mobilizer will be placed as a block/village level position. This role will ensure quality implementation and achievement of the desired outputs of the project at the respective project implementation locale.

They will coordinate and implement the activities through community mobilization. This position will work under the supervision of the Program Officer to plan, execute, and provide supportive means to the project activities at the district level on a day-to-day basis.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Coordination and Quality implementation of the field activities for effective and meaningful delivery of the project
  • Organize awareness activities as per the project implementation plan
  • Working with project team to prepare/finalize various reports, and other desired documents as required from time to time
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with their team, colleagues and external partners and beneficiaries
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Basic knowledge of Technology (Basic Computer Skills, for creating reports, maintaining of field data and formats good communication skills in Hindi language for the community and basic English for the documentation will be given preference.
  • They should be comfortable in reaching out to various fields and locations for the reach
  • environment, with strong service orientation, teamwork skills
