• Execute and manage the foundations social media channel to drive growth and brand equity
• Track key social media metrics and generate regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, highlighting successes and recommending areas for improvement.
• Work with program teams to collect and curate engaging content for social media post.
• Work together with state teams and bring to life engaging social and digital campaigns, which involve strategizing and disseminating diverse forms of multimedia content like photo stories and short videos.
• Write and/or assist in the preparation of reports for various uses. Develop and manage database of case studies collected from the field including photo and video and make them available to the organization for various uses
• Work closely with the Communications Manager to develop and implement joint communication efforts.
• Stay abreast of latest communication trends & practices; and incorporate these into your work

• Excellent writing and editing skills with a good grasp on the English language.
• Thorough knowledge of social media platforms which includes LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube. Should be able to analyse data from the platforms and draw appropriate conclusions.
• Should be able to use Canva and have working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms like MailChimp, and other content management platforms.

Additional Information: The role requires full-time commitment and will be based in Pune, Maharashtra, with occasional travel to project locations in various states
