About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

A Coordinator , or Project Coordinator, is responsible for helping oversee the successful completion of projects and events.

Their duties include performing specialized tasks, managing a team of staff members and establishing relationships with vendors and freelance professionals

Primary Responsibilities include

Facilitating the professional development content through workshops/ seminars/ small group sessions/ in- person sessions to the teachers.
Assist in preparing session abstracts, scripts, slides, ready docs, and beneficiary success stories, assessments, lesson plans as per project need.
Implement the content strategy as suggested by the reporting manager.
Research, review and curate subject-specific trends, cut edge technology in field of education and competitive initiatives relevant to the beneficiaries as directed by reporting manager.
Ensuring teachers integrate technology in pedagogy to improve teaching and student learning outcomes.
Keeping abreast of developments in teaching as well as your relevant subject area.
Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills- oral and written preferably in English
Proficient in digital technologies and is a user of software tools
Team player and collaborator
Punctual and flexible in the field.
Physical reporting to office/ schools as per project requirement
