About Job Profile

As a City Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading field Interns in your designated city towards creating awareness amongst Child Care Institutions (children’s homes) about the Guardians’ Scholastic Awards and in supporting eligible students to apply for the program.

You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with Child Care Institutions (CCIs), data collection, communicating with stakeholders and in supervising field teams. Proficiency in the local languages of Telugu, Marathi, and Bengali is a strong preference.

Primary Responsibilities include

Recruit, train, and lead a team of field interns in your city.
Provide guidance and support to field interns to ensure accurate and regular data collection.
Conduct research about CCIs and gather information and use research findings to enhance the Scholastic
Award Program reach.
Collect, analyze, and manage program-related data.
Collate and report program data, development, challenges and progress to the Guardians’ Team.
Maintain effective communication with field interns, Guardians, and local CCI stakeholders as you will be the single point of contact (PoC) for your city.
This role will require travel within the city.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Project management and coordination at a city level.
Leadership of a team of field interns / surveyors.
Managing relationships with various key stakeholders.
Design of awareness campaigns around new programs.
