•     Planning and implementing Capacity Building interventions aiming at strengthening resource mobilization systems and processes in non-profit institutions
•     Designing training modules relevant to the needs of non-profit partners
•     Planning and delivering workshops and conducting trainings with non-profit institutions
•     Conducting need assessments of non-profit partners and devising customized recommendations to strengthen resource mobilization systems
•     Providing one-to-one mentoring and handholding support to non-profits in resource mobilization
•     Providing mentoring support in external communication of partner NGOs
•     Regular Engagement with partner Non-profit institutions and providing mentoring support in project planning and proposal development
•     Devising monitoring plan, analysing data to determine success of capacity building efforts and adopt effective strategy

•     Deep understanding of Non-profit project planning and management and resource mobilization
•     Deep understanding of the current fundraising space in India especially online fundraising
•     Understanding and Experience of mobilizing CSR grants
•     Skills of conducting training and worksh
•     Ability to work in a dynamic environment and team

 Demonstrated Skills in conducting trainings and workshop
