About Job Profile

Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment

Assist in coordinating all stewardship matters for Rotary grants (Global Grants, District Grants CSR grants & District Response grants) in South Asia. This position is also responsible for raising awareness of Rotary’s stewardship practices, oversight mechanisms, and training opportunities, in addition to coordinating awareness of The Rotary Foundation Cadre of Technical Advisers (the Cadre) amongst Rotary members and staff. This position will also help coordinate the monitoring and evaluation activities of the Cadre program within South Asia.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Collaborative and creative approach to developing solutions     
  • Project management experience - must be able to develop processes, manage multiple priorities, and work under time constraints with autonomy within project parameters.   
  • Firm commitment to provide excellent customer service to internal/external contacts.        
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.   
  • Must be self-motivated and organized; able to take direction and work independently.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a volunteer-led organization. 
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.       
  • Multicultural experience and proficiency in a second language useful.   
  • Familiarity with the international and community development fields helpful.
  • Written and oral communication.           
  • Showing attention to detail.      
  • Giving and receiving constructive feedback.
