Conduct Research:

•     Assist in designing research studies, including developing research protocols, data collection tools, and methodologies.

Training and Capacity Building:

•     Provide training and support to research team members on research methodologies, data collection techniques, and ethical considerations.
•     Mentor junior researchers and interns to enhance their research skills and knowledge.

Publications and Reporting:

•     Contribute to the writing of research reports, research papers, and other publications, adhering to academic standards and publication guidelines.
•     Collaborate with team members to prepare research findings for presentations at conferences and workshops.

Data Quality Control:

•     Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of research data by conducting regular data quality checks and validations.
•     Implement data management protocols to safeguard data privacy and security.

Research Documentation:

•     Maintain comprehensive documentation of research processes, including data collection protocols, analytical procedures, and research reports.

Link Responsibilities: 15%

•     Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through presentations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events.
•     Assist in translating research findings into actionable recommendations for program implementation and policy development.

•     Engage in upholding and strengthening the core values of the organisation, foster transparent and open feedback system.

•     Experience in designing research studies and program evaluations, including selecting appropriate methodologies and sampling techniques.
•     Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, using software such as Excel, SPSS, or NVivo to derive meaningful insights and inform decision-making.
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively.
•     Knowledge of ethical considerations related to data collection
•     Ability to effectively present complex data through data visualization techniques, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
