Support and office management

As an Associate Project Manager at Dhwani Rural Information Systems, you will support the delivery of multiple projects using our in-house IT platforms, mForm and mGrant, for our clients in the social/development sector. You will be responsible for independently leading a project as needed. You will act as a point of contact with our CSR clients and the internal tech and non-tech teams at Dhwani, and be responsible for understanding client project details in sectors like education, disaster relief, health, rural development, etc., preparation of M&E framework/log framework, digitization of the M&E framework on the platform, giving software demos, requirement gathering for digitization, software feature development discussions, dashboard indicator and reporting framework design, data clean-up and update process, training manual and training, coordination with partners for reporting, and other evolving roles.
