We are looking for an Associate Manager to join the Accenture Corporate Citizenship Shared Services team to support Market and country level teams in a variety of activities including volunteering and social impact participation, giving campaigns, and supporting pro-bono projects with non-profit partners.

You will communicate and manage activities across multiple geographies, both with internal people and external non-profit partners, building strong relationships and understanding of the programmes.

You will have experience of CSR or non-profit sector and be passionate about working in social impact.

Primary Responsibilities include

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum 8 years work experience.
  • CSR / Corporate Citizenship or non-profit sector experience, ideally with knowledge of volunteering, giving and cross sector collaboration.
  • Strong consulting style acumen, including excellent communication, facilitation, ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Ability to work across different cultures and countries and in a matrixed reporting structure.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Problem solving, passion, drive and determination.
