About Job Profile

Research and Field Work

Organising round tables, workshops, seminars, conferences, meetings under the aegis of the Centre/ Institute. Carrying out research activities related to own area of research.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Conduct in-depth research and publish.
  • Issues related to International Trade, Supply Chain Resilience, New trade issues.
  • Logistics and trade infrastructure, customs rules, trade facilitation.
  • Issues related to green trade, new tariffs.
  • Manage projects and dialogues, including planning, budgeting, and coordination responsibilities.
  • Build a network of sector stakeholders, engage with partners and stakeholders in these areas to support ORF convenings and outreach.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good publication record, spanning analytical articles, research outputs, and project reports.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship skills and team ethic.
