About Job Profile

Training and Teaching

Training assistants are required to create training course schedules and timetables while providing written and visual training materials that are used by trainees. They use information systems or databases to enter data to create reports on the training statistics and assessment of the programs and instructors.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Ensure quality domain training as per the session plan, QP and NOS Mapped content as per NSDC/any other mandate. Hands-on-training  and proper demonstration to be given with proper lab materials and equipment. 
  • Participate in creating awareness of the skills Program to target beneficiaries in job fairs. 
  • Assist center head in conceptualizing and devising strategies and implementation plan for effective mobilization and outreach of the  potential candidates. 
  • Develop mechanism for generating leads through promotional activities like presentations and seminars for identifying prospective  unemployed youth. 
  • Ensure eligibility criterion is adhered to during selection of candidates across the catchment area as per trade.
  • Assist in supervising tracking of placed candidates (post placement tracking). 
  • Any other work as and when assigned by the reporting manage
