About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

KEF is looking for Assistant Manager-Corporate Networking. The role holders is expected to develop new corporate relationships. Arranging placement sessions, following up with students post placements . Tracking appointment letters and and distributing them to students.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Developing and strengthening new corporate relationships.
  • Interface with facilitators | CHs | CC and provide input on corporate needs.
  • Ensuring proper agreements and documentation with corporate partners.
  • Facilitate the placement process.
  • Circulate regular vacancy lists and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Conduct placement sessions to understand student capabilities and align them to placement.
  • Post placement student follow-up and mentoring.
  • Be part of sessions to understand student capabilities and align to placement.
  • Regular tracking and maintenance of placement and post placement data.
  • To collect the appointment letters or correspond to get them as soon as the interview is over.
  • To distribute appointment letters and collect acceptance letters from the students.

  • Networking ability as core competency
  • Relationship builder/Rapport building
  • Managing data and documentation
  • Career counsellor
  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi). Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Team player, relationship builder, assertive, approachable, self-motivated, problem solving, ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Assessment of candidate’s profile and provide a correct fitment. Analytical and complex problem-solving skills
