About Job Profile

Corporate Social Responsibility

The  Assistant Manager/Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, quality and productivity of the Customer Service centre. He/she will work closely with front line staffs, support departments, internal stakeholders and the management in support of business needs.

Primary Responsibilities include

Employee Engagement

  • Promote awareness around CSR program/initiatives and increase employee engagement and participation.
  • Identify, plan and co-ordinate volunteering projects (both onsite & offsite) in collaboration with partner organizations across the company.
  • Organize and manage volunteering events including logistics, communication, and co-ordination of resources.
  • Ensure all volunteering activities comply with legal and safety regulations of the company.

 

Stakeholder management

  • Build and maintain relationships (Internal and external), including non-profit organizations and senior personnel within the organisation.

 

Program Management

  • Lead and manage CSR projects conforming to the CSR strategy of the organization.
  • Ensure execution of projects in an effective manner and on schedule.
  • Capacity to support the creation of Key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the social and environmental impact of the CSR projects.
  • Engage with non-profit organizations to identify new opportunities for meaningful contributions and partnerships.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in volunteer program coordination, community engagement or related roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of CSR laws in India
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of finances relating to CSR activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, excel, word, etc.)
