About Job Profile

Project management:

  • Develop a detailed project plan and assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders
  • Periodically coordinate with internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the smooth execution of multiple projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope

 

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, i.e., maintain week wise tracker of key activities, follow up for status and updates from external consultants and internal teams
  • Prepare project status update presentations for CEO & CFO review
  • Assist in Finance related projects e.g. Cost optimization, Finance & Accounts automation etc.
  • Review significant corporate transactions in industry, deep dive into the same through research and prepare competition benchmarking reports
  • Assist in preparation of presentations to the Board
  • Data room management
  • Develop strong relationship with teams within the Group

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong partnership skills and ability to interact across different support groups
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and excellency in PowerPoint
  • Ensure the timeliness of the deliverables and adhere to the same.
  • Ability to work in pressure-oriented environment and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented
