Primary Responsibilities include

Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that capture the essence and elevate the brand value of Bhumi.
Craft compelling messaging and narratives across various channels like email campaigns, blogs, social media, PR, and more.
Take charge of marketing campaigns for different program teams in Bhumi, infusing them with consistent brand messaging and eye-catching designs.
Collaborate with passionate volunteers nationwide, working together to implement communication strategies and amplify our messaging.
Set up ad campaigns, analyse campaign performance and optimise initiatives for user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Basic design skills and intuitive understanding of visual communication.
Understanding of social media and email marketing
Experience in setting up ad campaigns and analysing performance
