About Job Profile

Support and office management

 

  • Manage a large programme on Sustainable Agriculture involving Wadi (Agrihorticulture) plantations.
  • Project planning, implementation management, quality assurance, monitoring, reporting and liasoning will be integral part of job responsibility.
  • Monitoring and field-level implementation management will be key job responsibility.
  • Preparing and submitting high quality project progress reports.
  • Substantial amount of time is expected to be spent in the field to develop these programs.

 

Primary Responsibilities include

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Agriculture and allied activities.
  • Field-level project implementation experience with competency in independently managing projects.
  • Skill in team building and multi-stakeholder management.
  • Strong professional reporting and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical skills and understanding of agriculture related issues.
