Product Development: - Assess, design and co build (along with external stakeholders) curriculum to standards – national/ international level

• Collect and report data to measure the programmer’s performance against the organization’s KPIs.
• Analyze student assessment/test data; Research trends in instructional methods and pedagogy
• Planning Designing and Facilitating Capability Building Workshop for Program Leader, Fellows, and Government Stakeholders.
• Mentor or coach to regional and districts official about VSK process, technology and content.
• Managing the performance of districts – supervision, review and planning.
• Plan, organize and conduct training conferences and workshops; Develop procedures for officers VSK process implementation.
• Develop and institutionalize a safe environment (physically & emotionally) for both the internal team members and VSK staff.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams for supporting them by providing relevant Insights and Context of the VSK for Product Development
• Establishing Networks in across the state for effective implementation of VSK process.
• People Development: - Train stakeholders – Regionals and districts official etc. and other instructional staff in new content or technology

Stakeholder Management: - Collaboration for product development-internal and external stakeholders/ organizations

• Collaborate with other CoE teams, Operations, support functions, etc. for need identification, co creation of products, implementation, facilitation support etc.
• Facilitate discussions and meetings with operations team and partner organization on understanding need and executing   products in field.
• Regular updates with Government and Internal team members about progress of VSK program and their implementation.

• expertise in managing dynamic teams of young people in the age-group of 18 -25 years
• Good Written and Oral communication in Marathi and English is a must.
   

Required Attributes:

• Core knowledge of pedagogy and clarity about 1 to 10 class curriculum, syllabus and assessment. (Required for PL who give pedagogy support to VSK program.)
• Core knowledge about Monitoring and Evaluation about the educational data of the Maharashtra State. Understanding about data software which help to take decision of program implementation. (Required for PL who support for data driven decision.)
• Comfortable working independently (remote) and in team while planning one's own workload throughout the day.
• Ensuring a balance between delivery of engagement activity and management of the VSK staff and government officials.
• Demonstrable experience in Government Partnerships and Stakeholder Management. Exceptional Network with Government Agencies, Corporate and NGOs.
•  Product Designing and organizing L&D/ Capacity Building workshops.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, such as Proposal writing, documentation – reports for government and funder.
• Familiarity with Teams, Zoom and other virtual means of Communication platforms. Excellent quantitative, problem solving, analytical and statistical analysis skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and Presentation skills.
