About Job Profile

Accounts, Finance, Audit

Account Officers keep precise records of incoming and outgoing payments for an organization. This may include arranging payment requests, making payments for services, verifying accounts payable and receivable, and researching financial account activity, among other duties.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Overall Internal Control Implementation.
  • Effective Grants Management.
  • Timely analysis of variances in the budget.
  • Preparation of monthly MIS and its reporting.
  • Effective compliance and statutory management.
  • Effective leadership.
  • Good knowledge of FCRA Act and its compliances.
  • Sound Knowledge of TDS, GST and other labour laws.
  • Bank reconciliation, Cash reconciliation.
  • Maintenance of books of Accounts.
  • Preparation of financial statement.
  • Co-ordination with Internal and External Auditors.
  • Project Accounting.
  • Project Reporting and Project Compliances (including preparation of UCs and compliance with the terms of MOU).
