About Job Profile

Their duties include recording transactions, payments and expenses and processing invoices.

They also send out bills and invoices, follow up on overdue payments and ensure that a company's invoices and payments match up correctly by cross-checking the original document to the company's record.

Primary Responsibilities include

• Payroll and expense report processing (in Paychex/QB)
• PayPal entries (utilizing QuickBooks + the app)
• General edits in QuickBooks to bring us up to speed once we decide how to most efficiently use the system (update and add contact info, edit vendor and customer entries, etc)
• Recurring reporting from QuickBooks
• Monthly summary of cheques written from DFT or DF (either have DFT update their process or have this person assist with additional formatting)
• Writing and filing bills/vouchers
• Maintain cash flow and payment records
• Communicate & coordinate with Auditors/CA
• Monthly, Quarterly and yearly; plan & execution of fund utilization

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-Ability to multi task and work under multicultural environment.
-Ability to handle a variety of assignments under pressure of deadlines. Strong written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi and regional language.
-Proficiency in computers – Microsoft Office.
-Proficiency in QB/Tally/Accounting software
