The Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) Asia–Pacific program is a two-day virtual event taking place May 30-31, 2024. Attendees will explore the importance of women in leadership, develop their own leadership abilities, and create a long-lasting community.

The Next Generation Women Leaders Asia-Pacific program is a two-day virtual workshop that explores the importance of women in leadership. Attendees will participate in interactive workshops, hear from inspirational speakers and work with facilitators to further shape their leadership style, helping them become trailblazers in their personal and professional lives. 


Award

During the program, attendees will have an opportunity to not only learn about McKinsey and leadership skills but also focus on personal development (in particular confidence and practical communication skills) alongside creating a genuine connection with peers and McKinsey colleagues and alumni.

Our NGWL events are intended for individuals who self-identify as Women. NGWL is one of a few programs available worldwide, which aims at enhancing capabilities and a chance to get to know McKinsey better.
