It works through its various wings in diverse areas which needs attention. , , WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CELL works for supporting the women in need. , VILLAGE RESOURCE CENTERS which adopts and helps to provide the basic amenities in the village and develops it as model village. , MEDICAL AID AND AWARENESS is providing medical support to the deprived classes. , LEARN2LEAD, intensive training program is specially designed for participants from a wide range of backgrounds and who wish to improve their careers. , , SOLE , SCHOOL OF LEARNING AND EARNING concentrates on education, employment and development. DHATRI creates linkup between the opportunities and aspirants by providing necessary skill training. , Goals , To identify the potential employment options available for the below poverty line (BPL) employable unemployed Graduate youth between the age group of 18 -30 and train them in skills according to the market requirements, thereby working towards achieving the goals of poverty reduction and employment generation. To provide young adults from economically weak backgrounds an opportunity to assimilate into the competitive job market and to help them acquire the required employable and social skills.
