Dalmia Bharat Foundation is working in 9 states viz. Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Assam, Meghalaya, Maharashtra, Odisha, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh and our community development programs contributed in enhancing the quality of life of over two thousand people in in more than 200 villages.Our community development initiatives focus on adding new dimensions to soil and water conservation programs for the farming community; promoting use of renewable energy in villages; extending livelihood and skill development programs to unemployed rural youths; supporting social development activities like quality education for school children; women empowerment through formation of Self Help Groups (SHGs), assist Community Based Organisations (CBOs) in improving rural dwellings and community assets
