AROH team has the best minds from the academic pool, development sector and corporate management. AROH has, over past 9 years, developed sound sustainable programmes to cater to the development needs of its target community. , , AROH has designed and adopted a two pronged strategy to help communities to envisage their villages/slum colonies as a comfortable place to live work and socialize and chart a course for their immediate and remote future. We undertake research activities in the areas of concern to strengthen and consolidate the policy-level decisions for government schemes. Alongside, we get actively involved in action with the communities, to make a direct difference to quality of their lives. We work with a holistic, people-centric approach and besides providing livelihood opportunities, we plan and run programmes on education, health and hygiene, sanitation, etc. under the overall goal of empowerment of community. Use of indigenous talent and resources is encouraged in all projects.
