Special features of the organization
We started our journey with 3 vocational training center in Munshirhat Ghoradah and Chunavati for empowering women and youth specially who are out of school for long time and due age they are not interested to back in school so we engaged them in this Vocational Training Centers through making soft toys,jute,Zari work etc. This year we also added some extra training like Mushroom farming and Vermi Composting. , , We also conducted AIDS awareness program under Howrah Network of People Living With in Chunavati Panchpara targeting the youth, Rickshaw puller, truck drivers, and couple who are engaged in daily work , We run a formal school in , , Our organization realize the root of this problem and we try to overcome from it with our limited efforts so, we distributed many books, copy, pen etc throughout this financial year and we give some support to school out children like school admission fees and coaching support to very poor students of our Chunavati Community. Some of them passed from school with good results. , , Munshirhat one of our target areas is a remote village where huge numbers of people are earning from farming & here we introduced SRI farming for upgrading their farming experiences. SRI farming is a newly developed technology of farming of rice-with this technology farmers grows more than 3 times rice from one seed and it is cheep also. We provide training to farmers of Munshirhat to adopt this technology and distributed SRI seeds for experiment with the help of Ambuja Cement Foundation, and we got good result from it. , , Treatment Camp in Sultanpur a village of Howrah, besides Andul road where maximum number of population living in Below Poverty Line and they struggling for their livelihood needs, our organization given the responsibilities to one of the renown medical team of Disha Eye Care hospital. , , Success Story , Tamanna Khatun is very progressive in education but due to financial condition she stopped her education when she was in class VII. Her father is a rickshaw puller so education is luxury for her family but after one year Tamanna inform us and we again admitted her in school and also provide education materials, necessary support for education this year she passed with good result and stand in her class
