Research:

• Creation of metrics to effectively measure long and short term impact of Shiksha programs on learners including measuring shift in mindsets of learners and development of 21st century skills.
• Research and analysis on accuracy and reliability of current tools in the context we work with.

Build:

• Build new tools to assess outcomes and improve impact reporting.
• Design and implement MEL frameworks for Shiksha overall, in collaboration with leadership.

Assess:

• Collaborate with state project teams by sharing field-level insights at regular intervals.
• Conduct data analysis for decision making in program implementation and design at the end of the annual cycle by generating Insights from the data.

Present:

• Present program impact on pre-decided metrics
• Drive actionables from insights generated and track the same.
• Publish outcomes and impact observed on the ground to external stakeholders.

Track:

• Track youth we worked with and their life outcomes.
• Capture long term mindset manifestations in youth.
   

• Strong operational management ability: a clear focus on results - sets goals, plans and prioritizes effectively, monitors quality and progress of work against plans.
• Strong sense of collaboration and working with cross functional teams across Operations, Curriculum, Technology and Product.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; 
• Experience in conducting statistical analysis for confirming validity and reliability of assessment tools
• Comfortable with survey administration technological applications and data analysis tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets at a minimum.
• Ability to present research and data findings to diverse internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to - state operations teams, curriculum, fundraising, and marketing verticals, state government officials, and prospective and current funders/donors.
• Strong orientation towards a student-first mindset; keeping students first in all processes including tool design and development, data collection, and presentation.
