Program and Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement program with comprehensive gender equality strategy
• Conduct research and analysis for the program and develop targeted interventions to address them.
• Design and deliver as per program requirement.
• Lead and provide support to national and subnational activity implementation including trainings and multi-stakeholder workshops.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and external partners to promote collaboration on the program initiatives and leverage resources and expertise.
• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data on key performance indicators related to the program
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership /stakeholders on the progress and areas for improvement.

• Policy development and compliance.

• Strong presentation skills - ability to communicate with Senior Leadership/stakeholders.
