About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

As the Project Director – key Accounts Management at Learning Links Foundation, you will lead and oversee the successful implementation of multiple initiatives under the CSR umbrella of key donor(s). Your role will involve managing large teams, providing thought leadership opportunities to the donor, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and fostering effective communication across all stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities include

Project Planning:

  • Coordinate with the donor’s leadership team and LLF’s Core Advisory Group (leadership) on the delivery plan of multiple CSR initiatives supported by the donor
  • Manage a team of multiple Project Managers, across multiple domains (skilling, STEM) and ensure that they are planning for their respective projects as per the proposals submitted to the donor.
  • Assist the LLF leadership team in the development of proposals and budgets for future initiatives

 

Resource Management:

  • Engage with Project Managers to ensure they have the required resources (manpower and infrastructure/ equipment) to meet project goals and milestones, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

 

Team management:

  • Ensure all the projects are staffed with members with the appropriate skills and are provided with a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Oversee recruitment of new staff members
  • Ensure all HRM-related activities are conducted in accordance with the project plan, and LLF policies
  • Be the point of escalation / Step manager for any grievance redressal by field members
  • Documentation: Requires maintaining accurate project documentation, such as project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.

 

Permissions management:

  • Work with the govt. permissions and relationship team to ensure appropriate permissions are obtained for all projects to ensure smooth operations

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Advanced MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Productivity tools such as Zoom, MS Teams, O365 apps for collaboration and data gathering.
  • Project planning and execution.
  • Resource allocation and management.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Budget review and planning.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication.
