About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

Program Leader is responsible for the coordination and supervision of programs, ensuring they meet their goals and objectives. This position requires a creative and personable individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once.

Primary Responsibilities include

Payroll

  • Approval from the Business Head/Big Bet Head for attendance of their team
  • Coordination with External payroll vendor
  • Coordination with Finance, Admin and Program from a Payroll perspective
  • Managing MIS linked to payroll and sharing with the respective team.
  • Communication with the External payroll vendor and the internal team from the Payroll perspective
  • Sharing Form 16 and facilitating the calls regarding the same
  • TDS support

 

Separation

  • Approval from the Business Head/Big Bet Head for the Transfer of their team
  • Coordination with External payroll vendor
  • Coordination with Admin, Program, Finance, and Tech, the internal stakeholder for No Objection basically from a full and final perspective
  • Payment of FnF
  • Managing MIS linked to separation.
  • Communication with the External payroll vendor and the internal team from the Separation perspective
  • Sharing Experience letter and FnF statement, facilitating the calls regarding the same
  • Closure of personal files by sharing the document with the Onboarding team

 

Transfer

  • Approval from the Business Head/Big Bet Head for the Transfer of their respective team
  • Coordination with External payroll vendor
  • Coordination with Finance, Admin, reimbursement, and Program from a Transfer perspective
  • Issuance of Internal transfer letter
  • Managing MIS linked to separation/transfer.
  • Communication with the External payroll vendor and the internal team from the Separation perspective
  • Sharing Form 16 and facilitating the calls regarding the same

 

Employee verification

  • Managing and responding to those who have worked with Piramal in the past

 

Audit support

  • Support from payroll, transfer & separation perspective
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sharing data from compliance, payroll, transfer and separation perspective

Compliance

  • Sharing and coordination for challan for creation and payment
  • Registration

 

MIS

  • Consolidation of data and sharing with the respective team
  • Custodian of the data for the organization
  • Knowledge of budget

 

HRMS Portal

  • Support on consolidation
  • Implementation
  • Roll out

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • With good command over Excel, data
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders/cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible to collaborate and engage in the delivery of projects.
  • Able to learn and deliver.
  • Relevant work experience is a minimum of 2-5 years in our kind of setup (development sector)
  • Education can be PG Diploma/MBA in HR
